Copernicus Marine Service General Assembly 2019

 

The General Assembly of Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service (CMEMS) takes place in Brussels from 20-22 May 2019.

 

Topics for discussion during the meeting include Copernicus Services, Markets and user needs. There will be a good deal of focus on user experiences, and user training opportunities as well as monitoring and forecasting. 

 

One day is dedicated to the impact of observations on CMEMS products and applications, including analysis of Sentinel data.

 

INTAROS's Erik Buch, EuroGOOS will take part in the meeting. EuroGOOS contributes to several areas of INTAROS including stakeholder engagement (WP1), exploitation of existing observing systems (WP2), and applications of iAOS towards Stakeholders (WP6).
